咖啡卡士達醬

牛奶170毫升
即溶咖啡粉10克
蛋黃2個
砂糖50克
低筋麵粉15克


[b]作法[/b]
1 鍋中放入牛奶和即溶咖啡粉拌勻,開火煮到鍋邊出現小泡泡

2 將蛋黃和砂糖打至淡黃色

3 篩入低筋麵粉拌勻

4 將步驟1倒入步驟3拌勻

5 過濾步驟4

6 用中火邊加熱邊攪拌,煮到濃稠狀即可離火

7 將步驟6倒入平盤上,抹平後覆蓋保鮮膜,防止表面結硬皮,然後放入冰箱冷藏(或冰塊上)快速冷卻

8 使用前用木勺攪打至柔軟即可
